I got a lot to say, and you are not going to want to miss it! I pack a punch....and a lot of fabulous recommendations and tips. I have some stories about life that keep things real.

For those of you who don't know what a Yaya is, lemme share what Urban Dictionary has to say about it:













Ok. Maybe that's not exactly what I was going for... Although, the first and second sentence IS fitting for me. (Someone CLEARLY needs to learn to spell "through", though. Seriously.)





IRL ("In Real Life" for my acronym-challenged friends), "Yaya" is another word for grandma.
It's Greek in origin. I am Swede/Scot. Don't ask.  I just like the nickname.


I like beer so dark I can't see through it. Just gimme a fork, please.
I have been known to have a fiercely quick wit.
I teach little kids how to maximize the splash when jumping in puddles.
I work and live around a bunch of people who call me "Mama Bear". They keep me young.
I'm not perfect. I never want to be. I'm just little ole me. Foul-mouth and big heart. (Thanks, daddy!)
I have my views on politics and religion, but won't be discussing them here.
I've traveled to 30 countries and 4 continents. I have stories from each. I LOVE culture.
I've had and have various health "adventures".
I love food, but not all food loves me.  Haters gonna hate.
I love red wine, like white wine, and always have too much ice wine when the opportunity arises.
I cannot refrain from taking pictures of everything. But, honestly, I'm damned good at it.
I'm passionate. About everything. No...seriously.
I'm a meme whore. I will have an entire text conversation in memes. Ask my friends and family.
I pass French fries to the little people behind me in car seats while they are in my car.
I'm one of the most hard-core emapths you will ever meet. (Google that, if you don't know.)
I believe that honesty, vulnerability, transparency, and being genuine relates yourself to everyone.
I like my music loud. I'm eventually going to be hard of hearing anyway...right?
I've been known to do 50 consecutive cannonballs in my pool with my adult girls.
I do everything BIG when it comes to entertaining. Including fireworks, music, and guest lists.
I belly laugh out loud.
I have been on more cruises than you could imagine.
I dance with abandon. (That doesn't mean that I'm GOOD...I just move without shame.)
I try my darnedest to never say NO to a new experience. (I can say NO if it comes around again.)
I believe that true, genuine, trustworthy close friends are something to treasure. They are rare.
I am 5'2" with eyes of blue. Ok...grey, really...but, grey doesn't rhyme with 5'2".
I have naturally stick-straight blonde hair, but can work magic with a hot barrel roller.
I am making large strides at becoming a polyglot. (Google is our friend.)
I go super light on the makeup and am (so far) aging gracefully.
I rock a mean moon tan because the sun and I have a love/hate relationship.
